Nose: Dark brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, soft warm oak, cherry, sweet, minimal ethanol.

Palate: Sweet liquid brown sugar and honey on the tip of the tongue. Hints of citrus before it evolves into baking spice, oak, vanilla, a touch of pepper. Alcohol is tame considering the proof. The flavors linger for a good while with sweetness and mild notes of oak. Not overly dry and very palatable at cask strength
